Job Summary
Alterations staff members (ASM) obtain customer measurements. An ASM member is called on by sales associates to perform custom suit fittings. They will mark the suits, write out a claim check with work to be performed, then perform the alterations work in a timely manner.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Perform suit jacket and pant fittings
- Utilize overlocking and blind-stich machines.
- Answer customers' questions about alterations
- Write-up alteration tickets that specify work to be performed and cost.
- Sweep sewing room.
- Perform work with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience
- Minimum Education required: High School Diploma
- Minimum Experience required: Men's clothing alterations 1-year
Hours
- Full-time, Part-time, OR contract basis (by job)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 46 per week
