Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant. We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
  • Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
  • Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
  • Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards
  • Demonstrate leadership through job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
  • Implement a positive work environment and emphasize a culture of excellence
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

Qualifications

As our company expands, we are looking for Restaurant Managers with the following qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all our guests
  • Prior restaurant experience in a manager or supervisor role
  • Training in food safety
  • Proven ability to effectively train, develop and monitor staff
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional appearance and the ability to adhere to Bottega Louie standards
  • Availability to work 10 - 12 hours per day, including nights, weekends and holidays

Qualified Restaurant Managers must be detail-oriented, have a team-based mentality and superb multitasking skills. Three years experience is a plus.
